Privacy, in plain language.
This policy explains how Pinko apps and the Pinko website handle information. It applies to Pinko Face Yoga and other Pinko products that link to this page. A product notice may add more specific information when a future app uses different features.
Pinko Beauty web tools
The face shape quiz runs in your browser without photo uploads. Quiz answers and face-shape results are not sent to our analytics. Routine settings can be stored in this browser’s local storage; use “Clear saved routine” to remove them. Shared routine links contain the selected routine type, region and duration, not quiz answers or an identity.
We count tool starts, completions, routine sessions and app-link clicks in daily totals by tool. These events contain no quiz answers, photographs or personal result. We do not store a visitor identifier or IP address in these event records. Our hosting provider may process connection information to deliver and secure the service. The event collection respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Advertising and choices
Pinko is preparing to use Google AdSense. Advertising is disabled until approval and consent setup are complete. When enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device information and IP addresses to deliver, measure and personalize ads according to your choices and applicable requirements. In regions requiring it, a Google-certified consent message will let you accept, reject or manage these purposes before ads load. You will be able to reopen advertising privacy choices on pages with ads. Refusing advertising consent will not block the free tools.

Information stored on your device
Pinko Face Yoga stores routine progress, session history, check-ins, preferences and similar app state locally on your device. Progress photos are saved in the app’s local documents storage; the app keeps only the local file reference needed to display them. Pinko does not intentionally upload progress photos to its analytics service. You can remove local app data through available in-app controls or by deleting the app, subject to normal device backup behaviour.
Analytics and crash diagnostics
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand events such as onboarding completion, feature use, paywall views and purchases, and to diagnose crashes or technical errors. These services may process app-interaction data, device and app information, diagnostic data and generated identifiers. We use this information to operate, secure and improve the product—not to read your progress photos.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. RevenueCat helps the app retrieve products and determine whether premium access is active. Apple and RevenueCat may process transaction, product, entitlement and generated customer-identifier information. Pinko does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Optional AI coach messages
When the AI coach is enabled and you choose to send a message, the message, limited routine context and randomly generated session and user identifiers are transmitted to the configured AI service so it can produce a response. The identifiers are not an account name or email address. Do not include passwords, medical records or other sensitive information in a coach message. Clearing a conversation resets its local session identifier, but provider-side processing is governed by that provider’s operational and retention practices.
Advertising attribution and tracking choice
The app may ask for permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework to support advertising attribution. You may decline. Where required, access to the advertising identifier and cross-app tracking occurs only after permission, and you can change the choice later in iOS Settings.
Website enquiries
When you submit a website form, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, message and consent confirmation to review and reply to the request. A database copy is created first; FormSubmit or our configured transactional email provider may process the same details to notify the Pinko team. A support or press message does not add you to a marketing list.
Launch updates
If you ask for launch updates, we store your name, email address, selected Pinko app and consent confirmation. We use those details only to send news about that app. You can stop future updates by replying to an email or asking us through the support page.
Website analytics
We also count page views and approximate visits by day, page and traffic source in our own database. A browser session flag helps us avoid counting every page view as a new visit. This counter does not store your name, email address, IP address or a persistent visitor ID. Pinko uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated page views, visits, traffic sources, countries and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors and Pinko does not use it to follow people across websites. Google Analytics is loaded only when a valid measurement ID is configured. If active, Pinko defaults analytics and advertising storage to denied, disables Google signals and ad personalization, and requests IP anonymization where supported.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by providers needed for hosting, support delivery, analytics, crash diagnostics, AI responses and purchase entitlement management. Each provider processes information under its own security, retention and legal obligations.
Retention
Local app data remains until you remove it, reset the relevant feature or delete the app. Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and maintain necessary business records. Analytics, diagnostic, purchase and AI service providers may apply their own retention periods.
Your privacy choices
You can decline tracking permission, manage photo access in iOS Settings, remove locally stored progress information through the app where available, and request access, correction or deletion of information held by Pinko. Use the support page or email bugraciftci7@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant support message or service record.
Updates
We may update this page when Pinko products, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before the related product submission or release where reasonably possible.
