A ten-minute evening face relaxation routine

Two unhurried rounds with pauses, rather than longer holds.

Set up before pressing Start

Choose a place where you can sit comfortably and read the instructions without leaning forward. You can leave sound off if other people are resting nearby. Choose ten minutes and a focus that interests you. The timer is a guide for attention, not an instruction to use the full time regardless of comfort.

Why the sequence repeats

Pinko’s ten-minute setting repeats a short sequence in two rounds. This gives you another opportunity to settle, move gently and rest without turning a brief movement into a prolonged hold. The displayed duration includes the transition pauses. Jaw relaxation means allowing rest, not adding resistance or trying to make a stronger jawline.

Make the second round optional

After the first round, ask whether you want to continue. End early, use Skip, or stay paused if that feels better. A shorter session is still a completed moment of care. If you restart, the timer returns to the first step; it does not silently add another round to the end.

Close the session simply

Put the device down and return to whatever comes next in your evening. There is no before-and-after photo requirement. If a certain step repeatedly feels uncomfortable, leave it out and seek appropriate advice instead of practising through it. Persistent jaw symptoms are outside the purpose of this general relaxation tool.
