A three-minute morning face routine

Make a small morning pause with gentle movement and time to rest.

Give the routine a small job

Use these three minutes to settle into the day, not to inspect whether your face looks different. Sit where you can rest your shoulders. Put the screen at a comfortable height and choose Full face with the three-minute setting. Our sequence is an editorial self-care option, not a tested treatment protocol.

Follow a simple order

The generator starts with settling in, then moves through jaw rest, a small smile-and-release movement, forehead softening and a final rest. Five-second transitions are included in the total. During a movement, repeat slowly and rest between repetitions. You are not expected to keep a smile or any other expression fixed for the whole countdown.

Adapt to an ordinary morning

If you are rushing, skip a step or end early instead of moving faster. If you are interrupted, pause the timer. Leaving the tab pauses it automatically so the instructions do not run ahead. You do not need massage products or a tool for the no-touch facial movement sequence.

Keep expectations proportional

A small study of a much longer exercise program cannot establish results for a three-minute routine. Use comfort and whether the practice fits your morning as your feedback. Stop if a movement causes symptoms; existing jaw pain or locking needs individual advice rather than a more ambitious routine.
